Your holistic therapist will apply do TERRA essential oils along energy meridians and reflexology points of the back, and hands to help balance the nervous system and other systems of the body. We use numerous oils that together promote relaxation, stress relief, offer immune support, decrease pain and elevate mood. Although a gentle tech- nique is used it is extremely relaxing and energising at the same time.
